OBITUARY Marie I Pope July 22, 1929 – September 28, 2018 Marie Ione Schultz Pope July 22, 1929 ~ September 28, 2018 Marie Ione was born July 22, 1929 to William J Schultz and Catherine Callahan. She was the youngest of six children and grew up on Bountiful, Utah. On September 3, 1949, she married G. Boyd Pope at the Cathedral of the Madeline in a small ceremony.

Marie was a loving wife and supported Boyd in all his endeavors while running the house and raising five kids. She lovingly passed on her sense of humor to her kids: Greg Pope, Steve Pope, Kathy (Joe) Farmer, Gary (Colleen) Pope, and Dave Pope. She is survived by her husband, children, 5 grandchildren and 4 great-grandchildren.

A viewing will be held Friday, October 5, 2018 from 6:00~8:00 PM, and a graveside service, Saturday, October 6, 2018 at 2:00 PM, at Wasatch Lawn Memorial Park and Mortuary, 3401 S Highland Dr., Salt Lake City, UT. The family sends a special Thank You to Willow Wood Care Center and Bristol Hospice. FAMILY G. Boyd Pope, Husband Greg Pope, Son Steve Pope, Son Kathy (Joe) Farmer, Daughter Gary (Colleen) Pope, Son Dave Pope, Son Marie is also survived by 5 grandchildren and 4 great-grandchildren who will cherish her memory.
