Marie Louise Blackwell McKee passed away at home surrounded by her family on Thursday, May 30, 2019 at the age of 90. Beloved wife of the late Maurice Jules McKee. Loving mother of Patricia Ann McKee Frazier (her husband, Nelson Frazier) and Elizabeth Lynne McKee.

Daughter of the late Justine Harriet Monlezun Blackwell and Hulon James Blackwell. Sister of the late Hilda Mae Blackwell. Grandmother of Mariah Frazier Theriot (her husband, Christopher Theriot), Lauren Frazier and Erin Frazier.

Mrs. McKee was a native of Covington where she graduated from St. Scholastica Academy. She was a Teller at First Bank for many years and taught at St. Peter Catholic School. Relatives and friends are invited to attend the funeral services at E.J. Fielding Funeral Home, 2260 W. 21st Avenue, Covington, LA 70433 on Monday, June 3, 2019 at 2:00 PM with visitation on Monday beginning at 12:00 noon.
