OBITUARY Marilyn L Klopfenstein December 1, 1925 – October 29, 2018 Marilynn “Beeta” L. Klopfenstein, age 92, of Fort Wayne, IN passed away on Monday, October 29, 2018 at Kingston Care in Fort Wayne. Mrs. Klopfenstein was born on December 1, 1925 in Fort Wayne, IN to Ira M. and Nettie N. Myers. She graduated from South Side High School in Fort Wayne.

She worked for Lincoln Financial as a secretary. In 1950, she married Richard L. Klopfenstein in Fort Wayne. She then became a homemaker.

Marilynn was a Trinity Chapter of the Eastern Star member. She loved music and enjoyed playing the accordion and organ. Beeta was a very good cook and loved showing hospitality.

Together, she and her family enjoyed quality time at her lake cottage at Coldwater Lake in Michigan. Marilynn loved her family, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren. Survivors include her children; Kip (Rita) Klopfenstein and Kim (Eric) Riebersal, daughter-in-law, Connie Moore, grandchildren; Ricky (Katie) Klopfenstein, Kailey Klopfenstein, Kristin (Langdon) Dinsdale, Andrew Klopfenstein, Abby Klopfenstein, Jamie (Luke) Atkinson, and Joshua Riebersal, great-grandchildren; Ayla and Rylee Dinsdale.

She was preceded in death by her spouse, parents, son, Rick Klopfenstein, granddaughter, Lisa Moore, siblings; Billie, Charlotte, Lucille, Violet, and Kenny. Funeral service will be held on Saturday, November 3, 2018 at 11am with calling two-hours prior from 9am-11am at D.O. McComb and Sons Pine Valley Park, 1320 East Dupont Road, Fort Wayne, IN 46825. Burial will take place at Greenlawn Cemetery.
