Obituary for Marilyn Maxine Kesler Marilyn Maxine Kesler Age 57, of Vandergrift, passed away peacefully on Thursday, November 15, 2018 at Good Samaritan Hospice in Cabot, with her daughter and granddaughter by her side. Marilyn was a life long resident of Leechburg. She graduated from Kiski Area High School in 1979.

She worked at the original Traversas Restaurant for many years. She was preceded in death by her parents Harold and Loretta Kesler of Leechburg; and sister, Deborah Kesler. Marilyn is survived by her daughter, Melissa m Bosworth and fiancé Jeremy Hankey of Kittanning; son, Nicholas Lookabaugh of Vandergrift; grandchildren, Wynter Bosworth and Coltyn and Carter Hankey; sisters, Annette (David) Lookabaugh, who are also Nicholas’ adopted parents; and sister, Dara (Ralf) Engelbrecht of Arizona; niece, Tonya Lookabaugh; and nephews, Daniel Lookabaugh and Ryan Engelbrecht.

Great-nieces, Madison Mazak and Hayven and Luxi Lookabaugh. Marilyn loved to draw and work in the garden with her mother before her mother’s death. Marilyn had a big heart and enjoyed making food for everyone especially those in need.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests all donations be made to Thomas M. Smith Funeral Home and Crematory, Ltd., 930 Center Avenue, Blawnox, PA 15238, to offset the costs of her funeral.
