Marion Elizabeth Nazario, February 24, 1931 — September 16, 2018

Obituary for Marion Elizabeth Nazario Marion Elizabeth (Brown) Nazario, age 87 of Millville, peacefully passed away Sunday morning, September 16, 2018 at Cumberland Manor in Bridgeton. Born in Vineland to the late Joseph C.F. and Grace C. (Roundey) Brown, she and her family moved to Millville when she was 11 years old. She married Joe Barton and raised her family of five kids until his death.

She later married Vincente Nazario whom she called “My beautiful Vincente”. For 16 years, Marion worked for Armstrong Cork Co She then worked for Wheaton Glass Co. for 27 years and retired.

Marion was a member of the Second United Methodist Church and the First Assembly of God Church, both in Millville. She was also a member of the GBBA Local 219. She enjoyed arts and crafts, making silk flower arrangements, and loved QVC and HSN.

Marion will be sadly missed by her children, Dennis C. Barton of Bridgeton, Stanley J. Barton Jr. and wife Darlene of Millville, Grace M. Barton of AL, Glady D. Barton and husband William of Millville, and Marion E. Barton of Millville; one sister Grace Riggin and husband John of Millville; and many grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her husband Vincente Nazario; and her siblings, Doris Vick, Joe Brown and Robert Brown. Funeral services will be conducted at 1 p.m. on Thursday, September 20, 2018 in the Christy Funeral Home, 11 W. Broad Street, Millville.

Family and friends will be received on Thursday from 12 p.m. to 1 p.m. in the funeral home. Burial will be in Greenwood Memorial Park, Millville. Memories and expressions of sympathy for Marion Nazario may be shared on the Obituary Tribute Wall at www.
