Marjorie Jane Maurice, 90, of High Springs passed away May 7, 2019. Mrs. Maurice was born November 6, 1928 to the late Noah and Clara Green in Miami, Florida, but had lived in the High Springs area for the last 20 years after moving here from Ft. Myers, Florida.

She had worked for several years as a registered nurse and was a member of the High Springs Church of God. Mrs. Maurice is survived by her sons Victor Maurice of Alva, Florida and Mark Maurice of Ft. Myers, Florida, her daughter Marilyn Maurice of High Springs, four grandchildren, six great-grandchildren, and other extended family members.

Funeral services for Mrs. Maurice will be held 11:00 AM Saturday, May 11, 2019 at the High Springs Church of God, with Pastor Terry Hull officiating. Interment will follow in High Springs Cemetery. The family will receive friends at the church one hour prior to the service.
