OBITUARY Marjorie “Marge” June Hunter March 18, 1932 – August 30, 2018 Marjorie “Marge” J. Hunter 86, of Bartonville passed away on Thursday August 30, 2018. She was born to Walter and Velma (Wheeler) Swisher on March 18, 1932. They preceded her in death.

She married the love of her life Robert C. Hunter on October 22, 1950 in Peoria IL. He preceded her in death. Marge is survived by her daughter Kim Hunter-Guthrie, son-in-law David Cavinder, grandchildren; Matthew Cavinder, Mandy (Tony) Cavinder Goff, Lindsey Cash, Melissa (Don) Hampton, Tracy Turl.

She is also survived by great-grandchildren; Scott (Danielle) Swartz, Brandon Moreau, Allison Hampton, Connor Moreau, Lilyana Padilla, Eliana Goff, and many nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her five brothers Larry, Jim, Leo, Don, Bill Swisher, and two sisters; Ilene Brown, Della Jeffries, and son-in-law Don W. Guthrie. Marge and her husband Bob Founded Hunter Hydro-Vac, INC.

Marge loved spending time with family and friends but shared a special bond with great granddaughter Lilyana. Marge would spend time with her every day and would share life stories with her. She even taught her to cook and play cards.

They loved watching TV, listening to music and going shopping. She will be missed by all who knew and loved her. A visitation will be held 3:00-5:00pm on Saturday September 15, 2018 at Davison Fulton Bartonville Chapel.

A funeral service will follow at 5:00pm at the funeral home. A celebration of life will follow at the American Legion in Bartonville.
