Mark A. Jensen, Sr, 58, of Camp Douglas, WI, passed away on Sunday, May 13, 2018, of complications of esophageal cancer. This guy was a fighter. He fought it to the bitter end.

He is survived by his Mom, Sharon Jensen. He is further survived by his family to include: his son, Mark A. Jensen, Jr. his step daughters, Angela Thurow-Ripley, Shanda (Cody) Sletten and Katie Litkea, his brother and sister in law, Duane and Nita Jensen and sister and brother in law Ann and Mark Ptasienski. He leaves behind 11 grandchildren, nephews, a niece, aunts, uncles and cousins.

He has now joined his Dad, Douglas Jensen who preceded him in death. He had a wealth of great friends that need to be recognized and thanked. You truly made a difference in his life and gave him great happiness.

These include those he went to coffee with at the local restaurant, Pat, Brian, Noel, Tim, Junior, Sherry and Dave to name a few. He truly enjoyed working with all his “family” at General Stamping and Metalworks. Andy and Keri you held a special spot in his heart.

Thank you. Visitation and Funeral services will be at Hare Funeral Home (217 W. Pearl St.) in New Lisbon on Saturday, May 19, 2018. Visitation will begin at 12:00pm until the time of the service which will begin at 2:00pm.

You truly were a fighter, Which made the burden of this journey much lighter. It was an honor to be by your side through the good and bad, You were the best brother one could have. We lean on no more cancer, no more pain as we say goodbye, Now, just go grab your wings and fly.
