Mark was born on September 9, 1964, and passed away on December 2, 2018, at the age of 54.

He was a friendly person who loved riding his motorcycle and hanging out with his brothers. Mark was preceded in death by his son Mark Alexander Fernandez Jr., mother Nancy Dusch, and brother Gary Fernandez. Left to cherish their memories of him are his wife of 32 years Rhonda Fernandez of Leesville, LA sons Matthew Alexander Fernandez and wife Adiba of Glen Ernie, Maryland and Mark Alexander Fernandez III of Leesville, LA daughter Renee Ann Fernandez of Leesville, LA brothers Michael Fernandez and Robert Fernandez sisters Kathy Allen, Barbara Burgess, and Cindy Peterson grandchildren Vivian Ingraham, Alexander Ingraham, Malek Fernandez, Liliana Fernandez, Camron Ingraham, and Cory Ingraham and a host of extended family and Blackhawk family.
