Markos Markou December 19, 1949 – December 23, 2018 MARKOU, Markos on December 23, 2018 of Toms River, N.J., age 69. Markos was born on December 19, 1949 in Kalogera, Cyprus and was a retired United States Air Force Sergeant. Before retiring in 2000 he was a firefighter for the town of West New York, N.J. Beloved husband to Virginia (nee) Hillman.

Devoted father to Vanessa Dickinson and her husband Nathan, Andrew and his wife Jo and Alexander. Adored grandfather to Effie and Nathan. Dear brother to Christopher Markou, Maria Kakolyris and Christal Stull and her husband Joseph.

Markos is also survived by many loving nieces, nephews and cousins.
