Marshall Hodges Lake, age 92, of Rentz, passed away on April 30, 2019. Graveside services for Mr. Lake were held at Dublin Memorial Gardens on Tuesday, April 30, 2019 at 4:00 PM Mr. Zenus Thomas and Rev. Myron Wise officiated the service.

Mr. Lake was born in Dublin to the late Willie Lewis Lake and Annie Pearl Johnson Lake. He was employed by the VA from where he retired as a Medical Assistant and Recreation Department. He was a member of the First Church of the Nazarene and a veteran of the Korean War.

Mr. Lake was a humble Godly man. He was preceded in death by his wife; Virginia Beale Lake, his parents and also seven siblings. Mr. Lake is survived by his son; Kenneth Marshall Lake of Dublin, daughter; Annamaria Lake Mullis (Eddy) of Rentz, twin sister; Martha Lake Buchanan, brothers, W.L. Lake Jr. and Elp Lake.

He had four grandchildren and fourteen great grandchildren. Several nieces and nephews also survive. Please visit www.
