Martha “Mimmie” Walker Holmes 94, of Bolton, NC died Monday, May 6, 2019. She was born June 6, 1924 in Pee Dee, SC the daughter of the late Robert “Bob” Walker and Mittie Best Walker. She is survived by her daughter, Jacqueline Shipman of Bolton; brother, King D. Walker of Dunn; granddaughter, Kelly Green Elkins and husband, Greg of Clarkton; special nephew, Weldon Kelly and wife, Marie Ward Kelly; many nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her husband, K.M. Holmes; parents; daughter, Catherine Holmes Enzor; brothers, Bill Walker, Curt Walker, Robert Walker; sisters, Mary Kelly Ragsdale, Lucille Schlicht, Ruby Walker; son-in-law, Dan Shipman. Her funeral service will be at 11:00 am on Wednesday, May 8, 2019 at Peacock’s Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Terry D. Green and Rev.

Danny Williams officiating. Burial will be in Shiloh United Methodist Church Cemetery. Her visitation will be 10:00-11:00 am Wednesday, May 8, 2019 at Peacock Funeral Home.
