Marvin Berman March 20, 1924 to March 10, 2019 Marv Berman’s favorite times were with his family. Marv and May, his wife and the love of his life for 62 years, moved to San Diego from Cleveland, Ohio 45 years ago. He received his Bachelor’s degree in biology/ pre-med from Case-Western Reserve University.

Marv was a World War II Veteran, who in his later volunteered at the VA. He was a building contractor and home builder, both in Ohio and California. Marv was a natural athlete who loved to golf.

He was a skilled bridge player. In Cleveland, Marv was an avid Browns fan. Marv was best known for his sarcasm, clever wit, and joking.

He loved and would do anything for his family: wife May (deceased), daughters Jo (Chris) and Ellen (Jerry), grandchildren Jacob and Manya (Matt), and great-grandchildren Harvey and Rosie, plus nephews and nieces, and extended family members and numerous friends.
