Marvin’s Obituary Funeral Services for Marvin Richter, age 95, of O’Neill will be 11:00 am Saturday, February, 16, 2019 at the First Presbyterian Church in O’Neill with Rev. Joel Wentworth officiating. Burial will be around 1:30 pm at the Scottville Cemetery.

Visitation will be from 5-7 pm Friday, February 15, 2019 at Biglin’s Mortuary in O’Neill with a 7:00 pm prayer service. Marvin passed away on Sunday, February 10, 2019 at his daughter’s home in Holdrege, Nebraska. Memorials may be directed to the family for future designation.

Biglin’s Mortuary in O’Neill is in charge of arrangements. Marvin is survived by five children, Brian Richter and wife, Kerry, of Norfolk, NE, Floyd Richter and wife, Joy, of McCook, NE, Bradd Richter and wife, Micki, of, Doniphan, NE, Trudy Rath and husband, Dennis, of Holdrege, NE, Jack Richter and wife, Tiffanie, of Funk, Nebraska; 17 grandchildren, Nichole Richter, Rachelle (Ray) McCalla, Brian (Kristina) Richter II, Brittany Richter, Natalie (Brent) Friesen, Katie (Nathan) Parker, Karen (Vince) Spain, Leo Sharmaitaro, Casey (Jessi) Richter, Cory (Lori) Richter, Kalee (Matt) Battey, Colby (Amber) Richter, Isaac (Maria) Rath, Elisa (Mike) Marshall, Adam (Kathleen) Richter, Sgt. Ethan Richter, Kristiana Howell, Jeffery Bullock; thirty-five great grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews.

He is preceded in death by his parents, Ernest and Barbara Richter; wife, Betty in 2005: sons, Lonnie Dean Richter and Duane Paul Richter; a grandson, Mathew Randell Eymann Richter in 2007; a granddaughter, Kelsey Richter in 1984; sisters, Eileen Pischal, Nila Pilger, and Thelma Seabold.
