Mary Ann Hopfe, 76, of Jacksonville, Florida passed away peacefully surrounded by loving family and friends on May 19, 2019. She was born in Flint, Michigan on September 18, 1942 and was a resident of Jacksonville for more than 25 years. Mary Ann is survived by her loving son Greg Hopfe and his wife Jill; grandson Ryan (21); granddaughters Jordan (18) and Brooke (18); sister, Connie Lesley of Grand Blanc, Michigan; brother Jeffrey Phillips and his wife Debbie of Richmond Hill, Georgia.

She is predeceased by her husband Charles Hopfe, whom she married in 1963. Her funeral mass will be held at 11am, Thursday, May 23rd at St. Paul’s Catholic Church in Jacksonville Beach, with visitation at 10:30am. She will be laid to rest on Saturday, May 25th at Evergreen Cemetery in Grand Blanc, Michigan.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Community Hospice & Palliative Care or to the American Cancer Society. The family would like to give special thanks to HarborChase of Jacksonville and Community Hospice of Northeast Florida.
