Daughter of the late James and Mary Ann (Hellenthal) O’Donnell. Eldest sibling of Michael (Pat) O’Donnell, Peggy (Mike) Hinzman, Jim O’Donnell and Tom (Laura) O’Donnell; aunt to Jason, Matt and Jack Hinzman, Charlie O’Donnell, and Caroline, Jack, and Ryan O’Donnell. Also survived by the Dale (Julie) Donovan, James (Patty) Weingartner, and Joe (Sue) Longo families, and a cherished group of dear friends from grade school, high school, nursing school and work.

Best childhood ever growing up in Norwood (Northwoods Park). Graduate of Regina High, U.C. (BSN), XU (MBA), and Rocky Mtn. University (PhD).

Employed in healthcare. Lifelong learner/educator; patient and nurse advocate. She enjoyed playing sports, riding/betting on the ponies, Vegas, reading/writing/stories and music.

Annie O’D wants you to know she is grateful to have had YOU in her life, is appreciative for the excellent care she received, and that she “meant well”. Passed away on 5/11/18 due to cancers. Memorial Visitation is Thursday, May 17, 2018 at The Good Shepherd Church, 8815 East Kemper Road, Cincinnati, OH 45249 from 8:30 AM until time of Funeral Mass at 10:00 AM.
