Obituary of Mary Ann Kozak Mary Ann Kozak, age 92, of Whitehall, died on Saturday, April 28, 2018. She was born in Erie on June 19, 1925 and is the daughter of the late Harry and Carrie Miller Gillingham. She was the wife of the late Zolton Kozak.

She is survived by sons, Richard (Kathy) Willenpart of Rimersburg, PA; Michael (Sue Ann) Kozak of Whitehall; Patrick Kozak of Whitehall; Eric Kozak of Whitehall; daughter, Cheryl (Kenneth) Snyder of Honeoye Falls, NY; grandchildren, David (Maureen) Snyder; Daniel (Elizabeth) Snyder; Christine (Mark Foreman) Church; Pamela (David) Furner; Justin (Emily) Kozak, Josh (Amanda) Kozak, Ethan Kozak, Steffanie Kozak; and 11 great-grandchildren. Burial was held at Round Hill Cemetery on Monday, April 30, 2018. Arrangements were entrusted to Striffler’s of White Oak Cremation and Mortuary Services, Inc., 1100 Lincoln Way, White Oak, PA 15131 (Sue Striffler Galaski, supervisor, 412-678-6177).
