Mary Ella Burrow, 65, of Paragould, passed away on Saturday, May 4, 2019. She was born June 13, 1953, to Arthur and Ella Mae McKelvey. Mary graduated Oak Grove High School in 1971 and was a member of Brown’s Chapel Baptist Church.

She worked at Greene County Tech High School and Emerson until retiring. Mary was a self-employed seamstress. She was a devoted wife, mother, sister, and grandmother who devoted her life to her family.

She was a selfless Christian woman who will be greatly missed by all who knew her. Mary was preceded in death by her parents. Survivors include her husband of 47 years, Gene Burrow; daughters and sons in law, Sarah and Mark Walker of Bartlett, TN, Julie and Chad Garrett of Paragould; sisters, Bonnie Anderson, Patricia Mohr; and grandchildren, Alex and Ella Walker, C. J. and Luke Garrett.

The family will receive friends on Monday, May 6, from 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. at Brown’s Chapel Baptist Church. The funeral service will be on Tuesday, May 7, at 10:00 a.m. at Brown’s Chapel Baptist Church with Royce Boling officiating. Burial will follow at Lorado Cemetery.
