Mary Ellen Butt, 81, of Terre Haute, Indiana, passed away April 30, 2019. She was born July 23, 1937, in Terre Haute, Indiana, to Floyd Johnson and Ozelma (Archer) Johnson. Mary and her husband Donald, owned Don’s Produce.

She loved her family, and spending time with them. Mary also enjoyed reading and was a member of several book clubs. She is survived by her husband of 63 years, Donald Ray Butt; children Zella Mae Trejo.

Donna L. Kerns (Timothy), and Donald Ray Butt Jr (Chris); grandchildren Donna Marie Kerns (Jason), Timothy Kerns Jr. (Alisha), Daniel Kerns, Roy Lee Glidden (Tina), Nicholas Glidden, Jessica Nuckols (Travis), and Aaron Glidden (Robin); and many great grandchildren; brother and best friend Floyd Johnson; sister Betty McKimmy; and several nieces and nephews. In honoring Mary’s wishes, cremation has been chosen. A celebration of life will be scheduled for this Summer.
