OBITUARY Mary Emma Beaman November 21, 1923 – February 5, 2019 Mary E. Beaman, 95, passed away on February 5th, 2019 at her home. Mary was born to Lee and Ida (Rohrer) Ewing in Tipton County on November 21st, 1923. She graduated from Elwood High School in 1942, then went on to work for Delco Electronics for 30 years in Department 306.

Mary married Leslie G. Beaman on March 25th, 1967 and he preceded her in passing on September 10th, 2008. Mary was a member of Local 292. After retiring, she enjoyed crocheting, Jigsaw and Crossword puzzles, camping, and fishing.

Mary loved to spend her winters in Florida. Mary leaves behind her nephews Robert and Gerry Ewing of Elwood; niece Linda (Paul) Kemper of Frankton; and several great and great-great nieces and nephews. Mary is preceded in passing by her parents; her husband; one step-son; one sister; two brothers; five nephews; and one niece.

Friends and family may call from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM on Saturday, February 9th, at Ellers Mortuary Webster Street Chapel. A funeral service will follow at 1:00 PM. Mary will be laid to rest at Albright Cemetery following the service.
