OBITUARY Mary Jane Autenrieth May 31, 1932 – September 9, 2018 Mary Jane Autenrieth, 86, of Holts Summit, Missouri passed away at her home on September 9, 2018, surrounded by her family. Funeral services will be at 11:00 a.m. on Thursday, September 13, 2018, at Debo Funeral Home in Holts Summit. Burial will follow at Riverview Cemetery in Tebbetts, Missouri.

The family will receive guests from 9:30 a.m. until the time of the service at the funeral home. Mary was born on May 31, 1932, in Warren, Ohio to the late John and Florence Sisco Jones. She was married to Alfred W. “Sonny” Autenrieth on February 1, 1955, in Ohio and he preceded her in death on July 2, 2000.

Mary had worked for twenty-one years as the Postmaster in Tebbetts until her retirement in 1994. She was a member of the Tebbetts United Methodist Church and had recently attended the New Bloomfield United Methodist Church. She was active in the United Methodist Women’s Group at both churches.

She enjoyed quilting, cake decorating, playing cards and games with the XYZ Club in New Bloomfield and going to the Senior Center in Fulton. She served as a 4-H leader and was active in the Tebbetts Women’s Extension Club. Mary is survived by five daughters; Debbie (John) Pantaleo of Holts Summit, Susie (Howard) Nelson of Jefferson City, Missouri, Lisa (Craig) Schnieders of Holts Summit, Lori Leeper of Tebbetts and Tammy (Michael) Autenrieth-Hendrix of Wallburg, North Carolina; one brother, John (Eileen) Polis of Warren, Ohio; eleven grandchildren, Nick (Misty) Jurgle, Josh (Brandy) Jurgle, Kyle (Sara) McGerald, Staci McGerald, Patricia (Clay) Cotton, Brandon (Jennifer) Nelson, Sarah (Joe) Nelson, Reagan Schnieders, Jennifer (Jesse) Bowman, Don (Michelle) Carter III, and Clinton (Sarah) Leeper; five step-grandchildren and twenty-six great-grandchildren.

She was also preceded in death by one son, Bill Jurgle; one brother and five sisters.
