Obituary for Mary Jordan JORDAN Mary (nee Haupt); Beloved wife of the late Donald S. Jordan for 53 years. Loving mother of Julie (John Slewitzke) Jordan, Jane (Kurt) Haffner and Michael (Jennifer) Jordan. Devoted daughter of the late Lawrence and Myrtle Haupt.

Caring sister of Carolyn (Bruce) Johns and Jane (the late Ross) Benter. Phenomenal grandmother to Heidi Marie Jaeger, Jaden Michelle Jordan and Luke Edward Haffner. Dedicated aunt to 8 nieces and nephews.

Mary transitioned to the next stage of her journey with God on Tuesday, May 1, 2018, at 79 years of age. She was educated at Colerain High School and Miami University where she was active in Kappa Delta Sorority. Mary taught in Mt.

Healthy Schools, first at Greener Elementary for 10 years, then took time off to raise her family and volunteer at school. She went back to teaching at New Burlington Elementary for over 20 more years. She was an active member of Delta Kappa Gamma Educational Society.

Visitation will be held at Corpus Christi Church 2014 Springdale Rd. on Wednesday, May 9, 2018, from 5 PM – 8 PM. Mass of Christian Burial will be held at the church on Thursday, May 10, 2018, at 10 AM followed by burial in Arlington Memorial Gardens at 11:30 AM.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Donald & Mary Jordan Scholarship c/o PNC Bank 11220 Reed Hartman Highway, Cincinnati, OH 45241 (or any Cincinnati area PNC location), or made to the Memorial for Donald S. & Mary Haupt Jordan at the Cincinnati Zoo and Botanical Garden 3400 Vine St. Cincinnati, OH 45220-11399.
