Mary K. Livesay, 86, passed away on November 21, 2018. She was born August 16, 1932 in Pruden, Tennessee to the late Berry and Florida Savage. She worked for Egg Castle and Grapevine Restaurants and was a member of Chapel of Prayer Baptist Church.

She enjoyed country music, crafts, ceramics, and traveling. Mary was preceded in death by her husband, Simon; brother, Neal Savage; sisters, Edna Farkas, Sylvia Toth, Ann Silvey, Mildred Savage, and Lois Dodrell. She is survived by her brother, Robert Savage; sister, Susan Lee; and many nieces and nephews.

The family would like to thank the staff of Hickory Ridge Nursing and Rehabilitation for their excellent care of Mary over the past 9 years. A funeral service will be held at Bacher Funeral Home, 3326 Manchester Rd. , Akron on Sunday, December 2, 2018 at 2:30 p.m. with Pastor Deborah Saxe officiating.

Interment at Algood Cemetery in Algood, Tennessee. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Chapel of Prayer Baptist Church, 1811 Brittain Rd, Akron, OH 44310, in memory of Mary.
