Mrs. Turner was born in Bradley, Fl. on February 5, 1923 to John F. & Effie (Whidden) Kilpatrick.

She moved from Duette six years ago to Bradenton. She was a homemaker and a member of Mt. Enon Primitive Baptist Church.

She is preceded in death by her husband Carlton Turner and granddaughters Mindy & Mollie. She is survived by her daughter Julie Turner-Moore, son David (Nona) Turner, three grandchildren, four great grandchildren and brother Mick (Cecilia) Kilpatrick. A celebration of “Nell’s” life will be held Wednesday February 6, 2019 at 2:00 P.M. at Seigler Funeral Home-Chapel, 1300 Hwy.
