OBITUARY Mary Nell Maness February 19, 1920 – December 18, 2018 Age 98 of Lantana, FL left this world very peaceful on December 18, 2018. She was born February 19, 1920 in Luray, TN to James and Ola Mae Priddy. She was employed by Sears Store from 1962 – 1982.

She was “Nana Nell” to a lot of babies that came thru the baby nursery at Palm Springs Baptist Church 30 plus years. She was “Nana” to her precious grandchildren and great grandchildren. Mary Nell was preceded in death by husband, Lester Maness, sister, LaVene Freeman and granddaughter, Krista M. Chapin and.

She is survived by: daughter, Judy Smith (Jack); sons, Don Maness (Barbara) and Dan Maness (Zuce); 5 grandchildren; 10 great grandchildren; and brother-in-law, Robert Freeman. Friends may visit from 10:30 – 11:30 on Friday, December 21, 2018 at Dorsey-E. Earl Smith Funeral Home, 3041 Kirk Road, Lake Worth, FL 33461.

Funeral Services will begin at 11:30am. Graveside services will follow at Lake Worth Memory Gardens. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions are requested to: Mission Clinic of Palm Springs, Inc., 3300 10th Ave North, Palm Springs, FL 33461 or a charity of your choice.
