Mary Virginia Pack, 95, of Rosemount, died peacefully at home on Tuesday, April 24, 2018, with her daughter and son-in-law by her bedside. Born on February 6, 1923 in Beattyville, KY, she was a daughter of the late Frederick and Clara Nunley Conn and was a bookkeeper for over 35 years at the former Yellow Cab Company. A graduate of Portsmouth High School, she attended Christ’s Community Church and was an avid bowler.

Mary won the Ladies League championship four times and was also an Ohio State champion. Also preceding her in death were two brothers, Woody Conn and Walter Conn. Surviving are a daughter, Shari (Rex) Frederick of Palmyra, Ind.

; three grandchildren, Shawn Gearheart, Blaine (Jessica) Gearheart and Amanda Redden and one great-grandson, Tanner Redden. A service will be held at 10:30 a.m. on Saturday, April 28th, at the BRANT FUNERAL HOME IN SCIOTOVILLE with Matt Rawlings officiating. Interment will be in the Memorial Burial Park.

The family will receive guests at Brant’s from 7:00 p.m. until 9:00 p.m. on Friday. Memorial gifts may be made to the Susan G. Komen for the Cure.
