Mary Ruth Allen, 82, of Pine Bluff, passed away Monday, January 14, 2019. She was born October 18, 1936 in Bessemer, Alabama to the late Arl and Claudia Nicholas. She was reared and educated in Alabama, before relocating to Arkansas in 1982.

Before her retirement, she had been the office manager at Harmony Baptist Association. Also preceding her in death was her husband, James Allen; and a brother, William Nicholas. Survivors include her son, James Allen of Pine Bluff; and daughter, Debra Allen of Wichita Falls, Texas.
