OBITUARY Maryann Poi April 15, 1934 – July 24, 2018 Maryann Poi, 84, of Rancho Mirage, California, formerly of St. John, Indiana, passed away Tuesday, July 24, 2018. She is survived by her children; Lisa Hayduk, Kevin Poi (Patrick), and Marissa (Jeff) Ellinger; grandsons, Samual and Noah; granddaughter Bethany (Chris) Nicolich; great grandchildren, Addison and Kellan; sister Evelyn Pasztor; sisters-in-law, Katherine (John) Stevens and Bertha Poi; brother-in-law, Bert (Louann) Poi; many nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews. Preceded in death by husband Michael, and parents Julius and Theresa Pasztor.

Funeral services Saturday, October 6, 2018, 10:00 a.m. visit with family followed by 10:30 mass at St. John Evangelist Day Chapel 11301 W. 93rd Ave. Inurnment at Chapel Lawn Memorial Gardens, Schererville, IN. Celebration of Life to follow.

In lieu of flowers, the family request memorial donations be made to DONATE@COPDFOUNDATION. ORG While living in Indiana, Maryann was an active member of St. John Evangelist, scout leader, and a member of Beta Sigma Phi. In California, she worked as a sales consultant at Thunderbird Country Club.

Maryann was a loving daughter, sister, wife, mother, grandmother, and friend. Her legacy will live on in her children and grandchildren.
