Mathew Fredrick Valentine was born on July 10, 1924 in St. Louis, Missouri to Everlena and Fred Valentine. Mathew was a former Social Worker for the Visitors Nursing Association for many years. He enjoyed woodworking, painting, drawing, playing tennis and spending time with family.

Fredrick was a devoted husband of Louise, a beloved father of Bryant, Robbin, Kelly and Kevin, a dear grandfather of seven and a cherished brother of Bruce, with a host of relatives and friends. His memory will be cherished by all who loved him.
