Mathilda “Tillie: Brady Terry September 9, 1918 – December 19, 2018 Mathilda Brady Terry entered into rest peacefully, on December 19th, 2018. She was born on September 9th 1918, to Lionel and Anita Brady, in the town of Christmas, Arizona. She was the second daughter, of five sisters (Virginia, Carmen, Betty, and Tessie) and was a pioneer of Arizona.

Mathilda (Tillie as she was called by many) spent most of her life living in the cities of Hayden, Globe, Tucson, and Mammoth, in Southern Arizona. Mathilda was proceeded in death by all three of her children. Her oldest Chris A. Cruz, his twin whom died at birth, and her youngest, Priscilla D. Cruz.

Tillie was a grandmother to eight grandchildren(Dale Kinsey, Kelly Lewis, Anita Hoover, Chris Cruz, MonaLisa Lybeck, Yvonne Cruz, Naomi Childers, and Malinda Cruz) with numerous great grandchildren. Mathilda was always a prankster, she loved to make people laugh, and was the life of a party. At 100 years old, she was ready to leave her century mark, which is exactly what she did.

Mass of Christian Burial will be said at San Xavier Mission, January 5th, 2019 at 10:00 AM The family would like to thank the staff at La Canada Care Center, where Tillie spent her last two years, for the care she received.
