Obituary for Matthew Blake Jorgensen CEDAR FALLS-Matthew Blake Jorgensen, 50, of Cedar Falls, died Monday, December 10, 2018 in Vail, CO. He was born May 8, 1968, in Waterloo, Iowa, the son of John Junior and Susan White Jorgensen. He married Melissa V. Phillips April 25, 2012, in Las Vegas, NV.

Matt graduated from Cedar Falls High School in 1986 and later the University of Northern Iowa. He owned and operated rental and storage properties. Survived by: his wife of Cedar Falls; son, Lathan of Byron, MN; mother, Susan Jorgensen of Cedar Falls; step daughter, Melanie Navarro of Cedar Falls; step son, Alec Navarro of Cedar Falls; four sisters, Linda (Ron) Risting of Dike, Deb (Greg) Sarandi of Scottsdale, AZ, Cindy (Art) Cellini of Grand Junction, CO, and Gina (Rodney) Mott of Penryn, CA; and three brothers, Fred (Susan) Jorgensen of Cedar Falls, Robert (Wendy) Jorgensen of Cedar Falls, and Doug (Jennifer) Larsen of Farmington, MN.

Preceded in death by: his father. A time of visitation will be from 6 to 8 p.m. Friday, December 21, 2018 at the Richardson Funeral Service in Cedar Falls. Online condolence may be left at www.
