Mattie Quinn, 89, of Kinston, passed away on Thursday, June 14, 2018, at Harmony Hall. She is preceded in death by her husband, Waite Paul Quinn, and her parents, Clyde Burkette and Ora Burkette. Mattie is survived by her daughters, Paula Flanagan Robbins and Ann Smith, all of Kinston; grandchildren, Clint Taylor and Michelle Haynes; great-grandchildren, Taylor Barrow, Ryan Haynes, Jr., Sydney Haynes, Ashley Haynes, Landon Taylor, Colin Taylor, and great-great-grandson, Damien Rojas.

Funeral service will begin at 11:00 a.m., Friday, June 22, at Garner Funeral Home. Graveside service will follow at Maplewood Cemetery.
