Maxie Lou Cary, age 88, of Huntingdon, Tennessee passed away Friday, May 17, 2019 at the Life Care Center in Bruceton, Tennessee. Funeral Services will be conducted 11:00AM Monday, May 20, 2019 in the Chapel of Dilday-Carter Funeral Home. Burial will follow at Jamison Cemetery.

Brother Chase Sanders will officiate. Maxie was born June 27, 1930 to the late Mack & Kate Enochs in Westport, Tennessee. She was preceded in death by her husband, Gordon Lee Cary; and sister, Joy Crider.

She was a longtime member of the Huntingdon Church of Christ. She is survived by her daughter, Jane Cary; niece, Andra Todd of Huntingdon, Tennessee; nephew, Mike Crider of Battle Creek, Michigan; grandchildren, Clint Todd of Huntingdon, Tennessee & Chris Todd of Huntingdon, Tennessee; and great-grandchild, Tripp Todd of Huntingdon, Tennessee. The family will receive friends Sunday, May 19, 2019 from 5:00PM until 8:00PM and Monday from 9:00AM until time of service at 11:00AM at Dilday-Carter Funeral Home.

Pallbearers include Clint Todd, Chris Todd, Steve Todd, Mike Crider, & Joey Darnell. Dilday-Carter Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements. 731-986-8281.
