Obituary for Maxima Cadiz Cacal Maxima Cadiz Cacal, 95 of Honolulu Hawaii has passed away on Sunday June 24, 2018 at Queens Medical Center in Honolulu Hawaii. She was born to mother, Marcella Ramiscal and father, Pancarion Cadiz in Bacarra Ilocos Norte Philippines on April 20, 1923. Maxima is survived by son, Zosimo C. Cacal; daughters, Patricia C. Cuenca, Espie C. Cabacungan, Lapaz C. Cacal; Espenanza C. Bolosan, Magdalena C. Asuncion, Leonora C. Sebastian, Gina C. Deus; nineteen grandchildren, sixteen great grandchildren; one great- great grandchild.

Funeral services for Maxima will be on Thursday August 9, 2018 at Hawaiian Memorial Park Mortuary. Visitation will be from 5:30 – 9:00 pm with service to begin at 6:30 pm. There will be additional visitation the following morning of Friday August 10, 2018 at St John the Baptist Catholic Church.

Visitation will be at 9:00 am with mass to begin at 10:00 am. There will be a burial to follow at 11:30 am at Valley of the Temples Memorial Park. To send flowers to the family of Maxima Cadiz Cacal please visit our Sympathy Store.
