Meagan Leigh Cobb, 32, of Lowndesville, died Wednesday, October 31, 2018 at Self Regional Healthcare in Greenwood. The daughter of Danny and Pamela Parnell, she was born in Anderson. Meagan had an enthusiastic interest in Japanese Anime cartoons and her cat, Be’Be, held a special place in her heart.

She had a loving nature; this was evident in her attention to and care of children. Meagan is survived by her parents of Lowndesville; sisters and brother, Savannah Collins, Danielle Parnell and Dakota Parnell; grandmothers, Myra Coffey of Iva and Shelby Parnell of Lowndesville; and her extended family, Lovella Arnold and family, Uncle Moose and son, Uncle Ponch and Timmy Parnell and family. A Celebration of Meagan’s Life will be 11:00AM, Sunday, November 4, 2018 at the Iva Church of God of Prophecy.
