Melissa Ann Neer Cyphert, 65, of Lake Wylie, SC, passed away Tuesday, April 30, 2019 at home. A Celebration of Life service will be held at later date. Ms. Cyphert was born July 23, 1953 in Cleveland, OH to Cecilia Cloe Neer Sugden and the late James B. Neer.

Survivors are her daughters Jennifer Laura (Daniel) of Ashburn, VA and Jaime Daly (Andrew) of Rougemont, NC; mother Cecilia Cole Neer Sugden of Rock Hill, SC; sister Debbie LePere of Noblesville, IN; brother Breck Neer (Brandi) of Trenton, NC and grandson Gabriel Laura.
