Melvin R. Hoff, age 76, of Forest Lake, passed away peacefully at home on Monday, June 4, 2018. He is preceded in death by parents, Reuben and Phyllis Hoff; step-father, Sam Roemmich; and brother, Dennis Hoff. He will be deeply missed by loving wife of 27 years, Kathy; sister, Sharyl (David) Haugen; children, Melanie Haugen, Michelle (Eric) Muhlhausen, Michael Hoff, Mark (Bean) Hoff; 10 grandchildren; and 3 great grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers memorials are preferred to the family. Celebration of Life will be held at 3:00 p.m., Friday, June 8, 2018 at Mattson Funeral Home, 343 North Shore Drive, Forest Lake. The family will greet friends one hour prior to the service at the funeral home.
