Merill E. Wolff Industry Merill E. Wolff, 91, of Industry passed away Sunday September 30 in his home. He was born August 31, 1927 in Beaver and was the son of the late Renzel Earl and Della Wolff. He retired from Westinghouse Electric after 38 years.

Merrill was proud to have served in the Navy Seabee’s during WWII, was a 4th Degree Knight with the Knights of Columbus, a co-founder of the Beaver County Colt League in which he maintained a leadership role for over 25 years. He was a Beaver High School Graduate and then attended technical school, enjoyed hunting, fishing, golf, the Pirates, Steelers and Penguins as well as service to his church, St. Christine’s and later St. Blaise in Midland. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife of 67 years, Evelyn Wolff on September 20, 2017 and son Michael E. Wolff on October 19, 2009.

He is survived by his remaining brothers, William Wolff, Beaver and Floyd Wolff, Darlington, PA, a daughter, Barbara (Ben) Miyanaga, Jacksonville, FL, son Franklin (Mariann) Wolff, Lenexa, KS, 6 grandchildren and a great-grandson. Friends will be received Thursday from 5 to 8 PM in the Todd Funeral Home, 340 Third Street, Beaver and a Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated Friday at 10:30 AM in St. Blaise Church, Midland by Fr. Michael Yaksick.

Interment will be in Beaver Cemetery.
