Obituary for Michael Andrew Noebel Michael Andrew Noebel, age 71 of Rossville Ga passed away peacefully on Monday October 1st, 2018. He was born in Trion, Ga, attended St. Charles College of Boston, Mass. Obtaining a BA + MS degree.
He also attended St. Leo College obtaining a BS Degree. Mr. Noebel was also a marine, and a retiree from the United States Postal Service. He is preceeded in death by his Wife; Theresa Noebel; parents, Kurt and Mary Noebel; Grandparents, Oscar Lee and Callie Warren; and sister Carrie Hampton.
Survivors include his son, Jonathon Noebel; daughters Rachel (Frank) Moses, and Nicole Willington; sisters Pamela (Ray) Tucker, Vicki (Bill) Williams, Mary (Steve) Greene, and Kim (Late- Jimmy) Johnson; also he is survived by Grandchildren, Nieces, Nephews, Great- nieces, great nephews. His favorite great – nephew Easton Rochester visited him often, and he Gave him the name “Mr. Professor” because he talked all the time about everything. The family would also like to extend a special thanks to Michael’s good friend Len From the United States Postal Service.
