Michael G Hutchinson Sr , August 17, 1952 — December 30, 2018

Michael G Hutchinson Sr., age 66 passed away December 30, 2018 after a long battle with cancer at his home in Tilton NH. He was born in Franklin NH on August 17, 1952 the son of Martha J. Audet and Chauncey G Hutchinson. Mike attended Winnisquam High School.

A truck driver by trade he spent over 30 years working for Porter Paving and 10 years at Webster Valve before retiring in 2015. Mike was a hard worker who in his spare time enjoyed his pickup trucks, tinkering as a mechanic and having a cold beer with his dog Shotgun. Married over 40 years to his loving wife Maureen Barton Hutchinson, they raised one son Michael Jr. together until her death in 2012 of A.L.S. In his final days he was able to spend time with his two oldest grandsons who are enlisted in the US Navy and have been deployed.

He is survived by his son Michael Jr and his wife Angela, their son’s Zachary, Avery and Ethan “ Hutch” Hutchinson of Northfield NH, two brothers Joseph Audet of Bow NH, David Audet and his wife Christine of San Juan Capistrano CA, his sister Pat Mahoney and her husband Joseph Mahoney Sr. of Bow NH as well as several nieces and nephews. Mike’s family would also like to recognize the entire Stanley family in particular Ted “Pa”, Patricia and Richard Stanley as well as the many crew members of Porter Paving for their loving and loyal support to him for many years. Mike was preceded in death by his parents, a brother Timothy Hutchinson and his wife Maureen “Moe” Hutchinson.

There will be no calling hours, however a graveside service will be held at Holy Cross Cemetery Franklin NH in the spring. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made in Mike’s name to the Northfield Police Association – 138 Park St Northfield NH 03276 or Tilton/Northfield Fire Department – 12 Center Street Tilton NH 03276. Paquette-Neun Funeral Home and Cremation Service is assisting Mike’s family.
