Michael Doyle New London- Michael F. Doyle, age 58, of New London, died February 26, 2019, at the Lawrence and Memorial Hospital in New London. He was born in New London February 10, 1961, the son of Dennis and Beatrice Pearson Doyle. He was a graduate of Waterford High School.

He married Maria Victoria (Overton) Doyle on April 23, 1994. Maria predeceased him on July 29, 2006. Mike was very active in state and local politics, and had been the Director of the Governor’s East Office under John Rowland.

He is survived by a son Chaz Doyle; a daughter Victoria Doyle; two brothers, Dennis and Robert Doyle. He was predeceased by a brother Thomas and a sister Gail Rowe. Calling hours are Wednesday from 6-8 PM at the Thomas L. Neilan & Sons Funeral Home, 12 Ocean Ave.

, New London. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 11 A.M. Thursday in St. Joseph Church, with interment following in Cedar Grove Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorials can be directed to a scholarship being established in his name at New London High School.
