Funeral for Mike “Snuffy” Johnson, 50, of Danville will be Thursday, January 3, 2019, at Parkway Funeral Home, at 11:00 AM with Rev. Jamin Grubbs officiating. Burial will be in Grange Hall Cemetery .

Visitation will be Wednesday, January 2, 2019 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the funeral home. Mr. Johnson, who died Thursday, December 27, 2018, at UAB was born , December 20, 1968, to Harold Wayne Johnson and Jackie Jones Johnson. Mr. Johnson accepted Christ as his Savior on December 18, 2018.

He enjoyed farming, truck driving, racing and coon hunting. He was a wonderful husband and father. He was preceded in death by his father.

Survivors include: Wife of 30 years Shelia Johnson Mother – Jackie Jones Johnson Son – Ben (Millie Taylor) Johnson Daughter – Whitney Johnson Brother – Jack (Vonda) Johnson Sister – Missy (Jay) Baxter Pallbearers will be Stevie Trussell, Adam Garrison, Ethan Garrison, Eric Nelms, Michael Nelms, Johnathan Nelms, J. R. Nelms and Timmy Nelms.
