OBITUARY Mildred Elizabeth Reaktenwalt December 9, 1926 – November 1, 2018 Mildred E. Reaktenwalt, age 91, of Peoria, passed away and went to be with the Lord Thursday, Nov. 1, 2018 at 9:17 p.m. at Unity Point Methodist in Peoria. She was born Dec.

9, 1926 in Piper City, IL to Fred and Mable (Klehm) Flessner. She married Roy Reaktenwalt on June 19, 1948 in Peoria. He passed away June 17, 2008 in Peoria.

She was also preceded in death by one sister, Loretta Barker and one brother, Merle Flessner. Survivors include three sons: Steve (Judy) Reaktenwalt, Dave (Barb) Reaktenwalt, and Dale Reaktenwalt. Other survivors include seven grandchildren: Shayne (Stefanie) Reaktenwalt, Josh (Sara) Reaktenwalt, Karen (Patrick) Knaak, Kate Reaktenwalt, Melanie Thompson, Tina (Ryan) Bill, Laura Lutz, and eight great-grandchildren: Chad, Casey, Bowe, Leland, Finley, Blair, Layla, Anthony, and one brother, Harold (Bert) Flessner of Bartonville.

Mildred was a lifelong member and very active at Zion Lutheran Church in Peoria. Visitation will be Sunday, Nov. 4, 2018 from 2 to 4 p.m. at the Davison-Fulton Bartonville Chapel.

Funeral services will be Monday Nov. 5, 2018 at 10 a.m. at the funeral home. Rev.

Steven Tibbetts will officiate. Burial will be in Swan Lake Memory Gardens in Peoria. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to St. Jude Midwest Affiliate or Zion Lutheran Church.
