Mildred Bower, 90, passed away on December 15, 2018. She was born August 12, 1928, in Akron to the late William and Gladys Dennis. She worked as a driving instructor for Coventry Schools.

She enjoyed playing cards with her friends and spending time at her home in Florida. Millie was preceded in death by her husband of 42 years, Clyde; and 2 brothers. She is survived by her daughter, Naomi (John) Hostetler; grandchildren, Phillip (Christina) Hostetler, Amanda Hostetler (fiancé, Nick Sopher); and great-grandchildren, Ian, Malley, Cassidy, Olivia, and Matthew Hostetler.

Friends may call at Bacher Funeral Home, 3326 Manchester Rd. , Akron on Wednesday, December 19, 2018, from 5:00 – 7:00 p.m. Interment at Greenlawn Memorial Park.
