Mildred Perkowski 93 passed away Saturday February 9, 2019. Loving mother of Steven and Barbara Wesolowski. Dear Grandmother of Allen (Annette) Wesolowski, Debra (Patrick) Vanderbilt and Great Grandmother of Mark, Matthew, Nicholas, Patrick, Sydney, Aiden and Emma.

Sister of the late Joseph and Frank. VISITATION WEDNESDAY 1-3pm and 6-8pm at YURCH FUNERAL HOME 5618 Broadview Rd. Parma.

FUNERAL MASS THURSDAY 11am ST. CHARLES CHURCH Parma. Interment Holy Cross Cemetery.
