OBITUARY Millie Ray June 6, 1947 – November 3, 2018 Millie Ray was born June 6, 1947 and passed away on Nov. 3, 2018. She grew up in her beloved Evergreen, Alabama and attended Evergreen High School and Auburn University.

She married Ben Ray, Jr. in 1973 and lived most of her life in Birmingham, Alabama. She was proud of her two sons, Ben and Ryan, and adored her four grandchildren. She was a great cook.

Following a successful career in real estate, she founded Millie Ray’s Rolls in 2010. This was her proudest business achievement. She is survived by her husband Ben R. Ray, Jr

She is also survived by her sons, Ben (Amy) Ray, III, and Ryan (Halle) Ray. She is also survived by by her grandchildren, Anslee Ray, Larkin Ray, Jr., Miller Ray, and Blakely Ray. She is also survived by her mother, Essie Mae Stinson of Evergreen and was predeceased by her father, Ralph Stinson.

A memorial service will be held at Ridouts Valley Chapel on Wednesday, Nov.
