Miriam Khalidi, 55, of Lawrenceburg, Indiana, passed away on Wednesday, June 6, 2018. She was born February 21, 1963 in Milan, Indiana, daughter of the late Marion Cole and Elizabeth (Barrett) Cole. Miriam was a member of the Lawrenceburg Eagles.

. She worked at Red Roof Inn. She is survived by her mother, Elizabeth Cole of Lawrenceburg, IN; husband, Rachid Khalidi of Lawrenceburg, IN; 2 daughters, Tanya Cole of Shreveport, LA, Cassie (husband Joe) Uphoff of Los Angeles, CA; 4 brothers, Ted Barrett, Jesse Cole, Chriswell Cole, Vance Garrison; 7 sisters, Mildred Garrison, Rosetta Mathis, Peggy Adkins, Ruth Ann Kanitz, Becky Richmond, Melody Collins, Gina Brockman; 4 grandchildren, Kayla Figueroa, Alexis Cole, Jordan Crayton, Aaliyah Randall; and one great grandchild, Astrae Pierce.

She was preceded in death by her father, Marion Cole and her sister Matilda Abdon. Family and friends will be received on Tuesday, June 12, 2018 from 11 am to 1 pm at Fitch-Denney Funeral Home. Funeral services will be held at Fitch-Denney Funeral Home, Tuesday, June 12, 2018 at 1 pm.
