Mirtelina Rappaport, 77, of Tampa, FL. , passed away on Saturday, May 11, 2019. Born January 17, 1942 in Guayanilla, Puerto Rico, she was the daughter of the late Rafael Orengo and Delfina Soto.

Survivors include his son, Luis A. Betances; his daughters, Mirtelina Betances, husband, Patrick Smith, Margarita Betances Orengo; his brothers, Giovany Orengo, Eli Orengo, Moncho Orengo, Junior Orengo; his sisters, Celia Orengo, and Elizabeth Orengo; as well as his grandchildren, Cristina M. Caro and Michael A. Caro. Mirtekina was also preceded in death by her siblings, Julio Orengo, Nelida Orengo, Helen Orengo and Rosa Orengo. Funeral Services will be held privately at the convenience of the family.
