Mirtha was a resident of Mission for the past 10 years. Mirtha enjoyed traveling,being with family,playing tennis,and being a mother to her two children. Mirtha was a devoted wife mother daughter sister and friend that will be dearly missed by all.

Left to cherish her memory is her husband Zacarias Melhem, her two children-Alex Patricio Melhem, Viviana Melhem;Siblings-Claudia Lopez Guerra,Nancy Lopez Guerra; her parents-Victor Lopez Ibarra and Graciela Guerra de Lopez, and numerous of family and friends. A gathering of family and friends will take place on Thursday, September 6, 2018 at Rivera Funeral Home,1901 Pecan in McAllen from 12:00 noon to 6:00 PM. A Mass of Resurrection,officiated by Rev.

Msgr. Juan Nicolau, will be at 7:00 PM at San Cristobal Magallanes Catholic Church in Mission. Cremation will follow at a later date.
