Ms. Tamika Ann Jones, daughter of the late Ms. Vivian Ann Jones was born on March 17, 1990 in Robeson County, North Carolina. She departed this earthly life on Wednesday October 31, 2018 in Lumberton, NC. Tamika graduated from Lumberton High School in 2008 and was an Early Childhood Education student at Robeson Community College.

She was a dedicated member of Pleasant View Missionary Baptist Church and often brought her clients to service with her. Tamika was a very loving person who rarely met a stranger, and enjoyed spending time with family and friends. She was proceeded in death by her daughter, Miracle Purdie, mother, Vivian Ann Jones, maternal grandparents, David Jones and Hattie Bell Jones, aunt, Margaret Jones and uncle, Henry Striblin.

She leaves to lovingly cherish her fond memories to her two sisters, Victoria Jones and Clarissa Jones Poe (Edward) both of Lumberton, NC; two brothers, David Williams and Travis Burnette both of Lumberton, NC; three aunts, Martha Singletary (Gary) and Teresa Jones Tony both of Lumberton, NC; and Shekita Sutton (Robert) of Grays Creek, NC; five uncles, David Striblin (Mildred), Terry Jones, and Walter Jones (Hope) all of Lumberton, NC; Craig Jones of Seattle, WA; and John Thomas Jones (Anissa) of Greensboro, NC; nieces, Alexion, Amir, Destiny, Olivia, Marie, and two nephews, Terry, and Omari.
